Ars Alta – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ars Alta, an online gallery featuring original, hand-painted artwork by artist Lisa Ferrara. By purchasing through this site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Product Information
Each piece sold through Ars Alta is a one-of-a-kind, original artwork created by Lisa Ferrara. Due to the handmade nature of the work:
• Colors may vary slightly from how they appear on digital screens.
• All artwork is sold as-is.
2. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be received in full at the time of order.
• We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
3. Shipping & Handling
• Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days unless otherwise specified.
• Shipping is available within the continental U.S. only at this time.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. Damage or Loss in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
• Please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
• Email arsaltastudio@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and packaging.
• We will work with you to either repair the piece, provide a similar replacement, or issue a refund.
Note: All claims for shipping damage must be submitted promptly and include clear documentation.
5. Returns & Refunds
• Because each artwork is original and cannot be replicated, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Exceptions are made only in cases of shipping damage or loss (see Section 4).
6. Intellectual Property
• All artwork and images on this site are the sole property of Lisa Ferrara.
• No artwork may be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be used solely for processing your order and will not be shared or sold to third parties. We use secure systems to protect your data.
